I have been doing real estate closings for 26 years. Criminals have always seen the real estate transaction as a area ripe for fraud and other shenanigans. In this episode I give you the Top Six real estate scams for 2021 that are not wire fraud. Of course, wire fraud continues to be the top dog in real estate fraud, but everyone should know that by now. These six scams and one honorable mention are the other lesser known scams that you and your client need to be protected against.
